If you send us more details about your animation project, we can make an estimation and give you a price quote, and even make you a test sample so you can see if we can deliver the quality that you need. Just for comparison, our rate is US$20/hour.

Who are you guys?
My name is Gifny Richata and I lead the guys from ORAY STUDIOS. We are an Art, Design & Tech guild, which is located in Bandung, Indonesia (GMT+7) and have been operating since 2008. We have done hundreds of projects, ranging from big companies to Indie developers and startups.
Who is going to work on my project if you're a team?
Surely the artists which have the specific style that would fit your project best. But let us worry about that, because we'll have a Lead Artist which is going to be the art director and lead the other artists to deliver the best result for you. If one artist who is responsible for your project is sick, we will have another one to replace him the best he can, so your project won't be on hold (Which would be a problem if you are hiring a solo freelancer). And we will send you daily progress through emails (Or other means if you prefer).
How do I make sure that you guys are right for my project?
Okay, you only need to know how much the work will cost you, and be sure that we can deliver the right style and quality of the artwork/graphics on time...right? Well, we can give you a time estimation and the price quote if you send us as many details as you can about your project (Including the list of art/assets/graphics that you need, references, preferences, etc.). And then, if you are okay with the price that we give you, the next step is for us to make you a free test sample so you can see if we can deliver the quality & style that you need. You would only pay for this sample if it's going to be used in your project.
How do you guys get paid?
After you approved the test sample, we'll ask for 30% off the agreed fee as the down payment. And then you can pay the rest of your payment after you have approved all of the previews that we show you, before we deliver the final files. We use PayPal for payments, Bank Transfer is also possible but please make sure you pay for all of the commissions & fees.
Can we communicate over Skype or Discord, etc.?
Surely we can, but in our 10 years experience in this industry, if you are looking to communicate professionally, nothing beats email. Firstly, since we are a team, email is easy to pass around and to be documented/tracked. Secondly, you tend to forgot a thing or two in real-time chat, which would be a nightmare when we are dealing of hundreds of graphics and assets. Again, surely we can chat and use Skype, Discord, Trello, or Slack, etc. if needed, but for daily reports and previews we think email is simply the best.
