I have a question about "Layered" in the animation options.

When this option is selected, the keys will be preserved even if the cleanup is performed.
But some keys were not preserved and cleaned up.

It's hard to tell if the keys should be preserved from the screenshots. Can you please send us the .spine project file? contact@esotericsoftware.com Please let us know which animation to cleanup and which keys should possibly be preserved, just to be sure we're looking at the same things. 🙂

Sorry for the long delay, but we've fixed this in 4.2.57-beta!
