When I put an image and go click on it, it shows that I can check the mesh and whenever I do it doesn't show the image to be a mesh and I don't seem to get the mesh options at all, like the edit mesh isn't there and I did watch tutorials and still can't get it like them. So is something wrong with it or am I doing it wrong.

Can you show a screenshot (or video, but screenshot is probably easier) of what you are seeing? Are you in setup mode?

Thanks. You have a filter on in the tree which is hiding meshes, so once you make the region attachment into a mesh attachment, it disappears from the tree. When the mesh is not in the tree, the tree won't display its properties, even though the mesh is selected in the viewport. The tree has the slot selected, so it shows the slot's properties.

You can right click the red filter icon in the tree to toggle it, or left click to see and change the filter settings.

Ohh ok it worked, thank you so much I don't know why I didn't check the filter at all, I'm so dumb😅
