Normally this can be achieved by setting two translate keys and then copying and pasting them as many times as needed. It's not very time consuming usually, but I wonder if you mean something different.
Could you explain in more detail if/how this differs from the key pasting approach and what would be required by a hypothetical Spine feature that would greatly speed up the work?
