Sorry you are having trouble. These kinds of programs can be very invasive. Some, like Comodo, are still invasive even when supposedly disabled!

It should be enough to add Spine.exe as an exception to "Advanced Threat Defense". Please see the screenshot here:
Other software has interfered with Spine's operation
