Hello, guys. Can you please advise if there is a possibility to do such animation in Spine? I mean the moment where the fuse is disappearing while it is burning? If yes, can you also advise which tool or feature of Spine I must google for that? (That animation was done in AE with alpha matte.)

You could use clipping. There are some performance considerations, explained there, if you are using a runtime. If you are exporting images or video, performance is not an issue.
Another way to do it is to use meshes. You could make the mesh for the whole fuse, setup weights, then duplicate it and delete part of the mesh to make the fuse shorter. Do that a few times, each one shorter than the last. Then you'd use change which fuse is visible, hiding that it gets shorter in increments by using the sparks.
